I've been training with Sarah for almost a month. When I discussed areas like my lower back and my hips bothering me, she gave me workouts that would specifically help loosen those areas. I've lost weight and just feel better. She checks in daily, makes suggestions on diet, and put together a snacking meal plan for meal because sitting and eating a meal is hard for me. I highly recommend Sarah.
Sarah has been awesome! She is available no matter when I reach out. She has made me meal plans and workout plans and is very helpful in every way! She has been a great coach! Would definitely recommend her. She will change whatever needs to be changed to see you achieve your goals!

Each cycle, you'll progress yourself by adding resistance or repetitions, in order to build endurance, strength, and mobility. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, this program is adjustable to suit your level and help you see real progress week by week.
