Most women come to me because they’re tired of guessing what to do. They’ve tried random workouts, online programs, or “do this 3x/week” plans that don’t fit their real life.
My job is to listen, pay attention, and build strength training that works with your real schedule, your real energy, and your real body—not a template. If your pants keep falling down because you “don’t have a butt,” I’m not judging. I’m adjusting your program. And probably laughing with you.
Frequency
2–3 sessions per week, 30–45 minutes each. This is the sweet spot for building strength, confidence, and consistency without burning out.
Focus
Functional strength, a little metabolic conditioning, and a lot of confidence-building. You’ll feel stronger in everyday life—not just during workouts.
Format
In-person or live virtual sessions. No pre-recorded videos. No generic plans. Just real coaching tailored to your real life.
Approach
I adjust every session based on what your body is doing that day. If you’re tired, stressed, energized, sore, or just not feeling it—we work with that, not against it. I pay attention to the details — how you move, how you feel, and what your body is telling us — and I adjust your plan accordingly.
$60/session when you commit to 2 or more sessions per week
$65/session for 1 session per week
